The CAE Knowledge base (also known as KB) is a collection of articles used to help students, faculty, and staff solve problems without direct support from the help desk.

The CAE knowledgebase  contains instructions for students, staff, and faculty to learn how to do things like install individual pieces of software, remotely access files, configure an email client, and so on.  DoIT also maintains a Knowledge Base, so if you can’t find what you need here, try searching the DoIT site!
