The CAE Knowledge base (also known as KB) is a collection of articles used to help students, faculty, and staff solve problems without direct support from the help desk.

The CAE knowledgebase ¬†contains instructions for students, staff, and faculty to learn how to do things like install individual pieces of software, remotely access files, configure an email client, and so on. ¬†DoIT also maintains a Knowledge Base, so if you can’t find what you need here, try searching the DoIT site!
