Here's how to remotely access the engineering computer labs using a computer with Unix:

1. Run rdesktop and connect to remotedesktop.cae.wisc.edu.

1. Policy: CAE does not allow users to run jobs in the background. Running a job in the background slows the computer for other users. Extended remote logins to CAE workstations for the purpose of running programs is considered background jobs.
