About the Faculty Support Group: The Faculty Support Group provides supplemental computer support to engineering departments and computer support to those departments lacking a department support coordinator. • Backup technical support to the department support person
• Technical training to the department support person
• Fill-in support for departments without a support person
• Manufacturer hardware and software information
• Coordinate software releases with the CAE technical staff
• Coordinate efforts with DoIT as needed
