Support by Department/Center

In-office computer support for College of Engineering faculty is provided by your Departmental Support Person (DSP). If your department does not have a DSP, then the Faculty Support Group is your primary service provider.
Services Provided by DSPs:
  • Diagnose network problems
  • Diagnose computer problems
  • Install software and/or upgrades
  • Report any problems that cannot be resolved to CAE for further assistance
